Carne Griffiths at the Slate Gallery
An exhibition by local artist Carne Griffiths whose distinctive style uses brandy and tea for his paintings started this week at the Slate Gallery (the window space next to the Stone Space on Church Lane) and runs until 13 April.

The Stone Space
Alison Chaplin is a full-time artist living and working in Walthamstow between the Forest and the Town and it is this life-on-the-edges which motivates the set of pictures in her new show.

Charity Market at O’Neill’s
Indoor market in aid of Haven House Children’s Hospice in Woodford Green. Sale of jewellery, arts, crafts and clothes. Stallholders can bring their own table for £10 per session, or £15 for two. Sessions will be held from 10am to 3pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
